方案目的

检测校车在降雨环境下的外壳密封防雨性能。

方案简介

本试验方案主要包括:侧面和顶部喷淋系统、补水系统、水循环系统、排污系统、电控系统等五个部分。防雨密封性试验装置要保证从侧面和顶部方向对汽车窗喷水,避免出现喷水死角,保证喷水压力、流量对应于汽车各部位达到国标要求。所有参数参照QCT476—2007标准进行淋雨设计和试验。

【喷淋系统】 整个淋雨房体喷淋系统主要由管路、喷嘴、阀门、过滤器、水泵、显示装置等组成。全部喷淋管道材料采用不锈钢管,

【淋雨强度】 顶部平均为12±1mm/min,两侧面为平均8±1mm/min(喷嘴喷射压力:170kPa±30 kPa)。

【过滤系统】 在水池内安装两层过滤装置,可有效地过滤循环水池循环水中的杂质,减少喷嘴的堵塞,保证系统的正常工作。

【补水系统】 为了及时给水池补水,特设计一套补水系统,补水系统由进水管、电磁阀、水位开关,球阀等组成。循环水池补水自动操作,减少工作量,加强系统运行的稳定性。

1.进水管采用DN32镀锌管保证供水量。

2.在补水管末端设置浮球式机械开关装置,当补水达到设定的最高液面时,机械装置关闭补水管

【控制系统】 采用PLC控制+控制面板控制和远程摇控器控制,配有电参表,带断电数据保存功能及报警提示。
