雨伞是我们生活中拿来遮风挡雨必不可少的雨水工具,雨伞淋雨试验方案,由广州岳信根据GB∕T 23103-2018 太阳伞、GBT 23103-2008 太阳伞、GBT 23147-2008 睛雨伞等国家标准要求设计制造,为了评估雨伞的防水性能和抗风能力。

方案概述

雨伞淋雨试验方案,该试验装置由雨量器、调节阀、转动装置、水管及不锈钢针头构成。不锈钢针头选用 GB/T 18457-2015 中22G规格,针孔间距为(505)mmX(505)mm。 将撑开,使伞杆与地面垂直,伞面顶端到针头的距离 H>500 m(见图 2)并使伞面以(50.25)r/min 的转速绕杆旋转,打开水源使降水量达到(1.80.2)mm/min,并使整个面均在淋雨范围,测试 2 min,关掉水源立即观察伞面内情况,是否符合 5.10 的要求若采用其他装置测试,面转速、喷水量、淋雨范围均应满足本标准规定
