二、冰水冲击试验箱的使用方法相对复杂,但大致可以归纳为以下几个步骤:

1.准备样品:将待测样品置于试验箱的高温区中,确保样品与喷水口保持适当的距离。

2.设置参数:根据试验要求,设置高温区的温度、冰水温度、水流量、喷水持续时间等参数。通常,高温区的温度可达60℃~150℃,冰水温度控制在0℃~4℃,水流量为3~4L/3秒,喷水持续时间为3秒。

3.加热样品:启动冰水冲击试验箱,将高温区加热至预设的较高温度,并持续加热1小时或直至样品温度达到稳定状态。

4.冰水冲击:在高温区保持时间结束后,迅速将样品转移至喷水区,启动喷水系统,向样品喷射冰水。若样品在车辆上仅从一个方向受到溅水影响,则仅需按该方向喷射;若可能受到多个方向的溅水,则需对每个方向进行记录,并使用新的样品进行试验。

5.循环测试:根据需要,进行多次循环测试,通常循环次数为100次。在每次循环中,都需要确保样品在高温区和喷水区之间的转换时间少于20秒。

6.观察记录:在测试过程中,密切观察样品的变化情况,并记录相关数据,以便后续分析和评估。
