2.房体:形成封闭的试验区域与非试验区隔离,一般采用复合墙体结构,内层用镀锌板,外层为彩钢板,中间填隔音材料,骨架用型钢焊接而成。室体侧面设有玻璃窗,便于观察室内情况。

3.喷淋系统:产生模拟人工降雨,由水泵、水过滤装置、回水槽、回水池、吸水池、管路及喷嘴等组成。喷淋水由水泵从吸水池泵出,经过滤器进入管路从喷嘴喷出,进回水槽流入回水池,通过回水池沉淀过滤进入吸水池进行下一轮循环。

4.吹干系统:为保证车辆或产品清洁,在淋雨测试后对车身或产品表面试验水进行吹干。吹干形式有冷风、热风两种。吹干系统由风机、风箱、风管等组成,风机产生强风经过滤后由风箱分配进入风管,均匀吹在试验车辆或产品表面,使水与车身或产品分离。

5.控制系统:由控制电器、流量计、压力表等组成,对车辆或产品试验时间、淋雨强度、喷射压力进行调整控制。
